IMPORTANT – Returned Packages & Unclaimed Orders

If a package is returned to us due to the customer not collecting the order on time, refusing the shipment, or providing incorrect delivery information, all related costs (including shipping, return shipping, customs, and handling fees) are non-refundable.

This policy fully applies to made-to-order and custom products, which are produced specifically for the customer and cannot be resold.

USA Orders & Customs Information

Due to recent changes in U.S. customs and import regulations, many companies have suspended direct international shipping to the United States.

To ensure reliable delivery and to avoid unexpected customs or tariff charges, most orders to the USA are fulfilled locally through our U.S.-based partners and contractors.

Customers in the United States do not need to pay additional customs duties or tariff fees.
